What to do if your allowance is late
- Wait 24-72 hours after the scheduled disbursement date. Wallet processing adds a short delay.
- Check your wallet directly (eZaga, Coinvest Mastercard, NSFAS Wallet).
- Confirm your status on myNSFAS shows "Approved" or "Disbursement".
- After 5 working days with no payment: contact your institution's NSFAS office.
- Still nothing: lodge a query via myNSFAS or email info@nsfas.org.za with your reference.
