Avoid scams: the Department of Home Affairs does not have agents who contact you directly, ask for upfront fees outside the official DHA + VFS Global channels, or guarantee approval. Apply only through SA embassies, consulates, or VFS Global (the DHA's official visa-processing partner). Any operator quoting "guaranteed visa" or asking for payment to a personal account is fraud.
